## Purpose

/outreach turns the first-100-users plan from /gtm into executable outreach campaigns. It's the hands-on, manual work of finding and converting your earliest users.

## Design Intent

The first 100 users are the hardest and most important. They validate your product, provide feedback, and become your evangelists. /outreach provides templates, scripts, and strategies for personal outreach that doesn't feel spammy.
