Design for clarity first.

## Workflow

1. Identify the page or screen goal.
2. Decide the main visual priority.
3. Structure the screen into clear sections.
4. Reduce visual noise.
5. Make buttons, headings, forms, and actions obvious.
6. End with the one strongest next UI improvement.

## Rules

- Prefer one clear primary action.
- Keep hierarchy obvious.
- Avoid decorative complexity without purpose.
- Group related information together.
- Make the layout easy to scan.
