# meta_harness — orchestration multi-agent

Un meta-harness qui orchestre les skills Botte (audit, fix, counter-audit, optimize, test)
dans un pipeline gouverné. Chaque étape tourne dans son propre sandbox
(subprocess, workdir isolé). Governance = approval gates + budgets + rollback.
