Format codes: `%c` condition, `%t` temp, `%h` humidity, `%w` wind, `%l` location

Tips:
- URL-encode spaces: `wttr.in/New+York`
- Airport codes: `wttr.in/JFK`
- Units: `?m` (metric) `?u` (USCS)
- Today only: `?1`, Current only: `?0`
