Orchestrate one or more thinking frameworks to work through any problem, decision, document, or idea rigorously. Diagnoses which frameworks fit — inversion, pre-mortem, assumption-mapping, socratic, adversarial-hat — then guides the user through them in the right sequence. Load when the user asks for deep thinking, says "help me think through this properly", "apply your best thinking frameworks", "I need to think carefully before deciding", or "what thinking tools should I use here". Also the entry point for any complex problem where the right framework is unclear. Covers product decisions, engineering tradeoffs, personal decisions, strategy, creative challenges — any domain.

Delete, redact, or archive project and global memories when the user says forget this, delete memory, remove that preference, do not remember, redact sensitive information, or retire stale memory.

Match a user request to the right skill using trigger matching, project context, and conversation history. Score ambiguity 1–10 and resolve it using context signals or a single clarifying question. Load when project-orchestrator needs to route a request, or when multiple skills could match and the right one is unclear. Also triggers on "which skill should handle this", "route this request", "I'm not sure which skill to use", "disambiguate this", "skill routing". Called by project-orchestrator for request routing. For finding whether a skill exists for a capability, use skill-finder instead.
