Create OR review a wireflow — the artifact BETWEEN user journeys and wireframes. It maps whole journeys into swimlane flows with high-level navigation (screens, decisions, system/agent steps) while keeping Jobs-To-Be-Done at the core, WITHOUT deep UI.
