Maximum token efficiency — does two things at once:
1. Compact conversation (same as /op compact — strip history, keep only what matters).
2. Escalate output to ultra-terse for the rest of this session:
- Code tasks: code block only, zero sentences after
- Questions: one word or one line max
- No preamble ever. No wrap-up ever. No confirmation sentences.
- Caveman ultra mode: fragments, no articles, arrows for causality
