Audit and deploy cross-agent extensions with HarnessKit

Use HarnessKit to inventory, audit, enable, disable, and deploy skills, MCP servers, plugins, hooks, CLIs, configs, memory, and rules across multiple coding agents.

Prerequisites

HarnessKit hk CLI or desktop app, supported AI coding agent config directories, optional project directories for scoped extension management

Installation

Install or set up from the source-backed instructions:

Download the HarnessKit desktop app or hk CLI binary from https://github.com/RealZST/HarnessKit/releases/latest, or inspect the upstream install script before running it. Start with hk status, run hk audit for extension trust findings, use hk list --kind skill --agent to inspect installed skills, and use hk serve for the local web UI when managing headless or remote machines.
