Tag Precedence Rules

Tag with '-' prefix = EXCLUSION (remove from selection)
Tag without '-'    = INCLUSION (add to selection)

Default run: --test-tags=standard
Post-install: --test-tags=post_install (most common for production tests)

Examples:
