## Workflow

1.  **Get an Overview:** When a test run completes, first look at the high-level summary. What percentage of tests failed? Is this higher or lower than usual?
2.  **Identify New Failures:** Filter out the known, existing failures. Focus your attention on new or unexpected failures in this build.
3.  **Group Similar Failures:** Look for patterns. Are all the failed tests in the same feature area? Are they all failing with the same error message (e.g., a database connection error)? This can help you pinpoint a single root cause.
4.  **Triage a Failure:** For a specific failure, read the logs carefully. 
    *   Is it a **real bug** (the application behaved incorrectly)?
    *   Is it a **flaky test** (a test that sometimes passes and sometimes fails due to timing issues or test data problems)?
    *   Is it an **environment issue** (e.g., a test server was down)?
5.  **Take Action:**
    *   If it's a real bug, write a clear bug report and assign it to the appropriate developer.
    *   If it's a flaky test, create a technical debt ticket to fix the test and temporarily disable it if it's causing too much noise.
    *   If it's an environment issue, report it to the infrastructure team.
6.  **Summarize the Build Health:** Write a brief summary of the build's quality. For example, "Build #123 is not stable. There are 5 new, high-priority failures related to the new checkout flow. Recommending we do not deploy this build."
