Step 4: Chunking strategy

• ขนาด: 500-1000 tokens per chunk
• Overlap: 10-20% (ป้องกันตัดกลางประโยค)
• ไทย: ใช้ tiktoken cl100k_base + split ที่ paragraph/heading ก่อน
• Hybrid search: combine vector + BM25 keyword (ดีขึ้น 20-30%)
• Rerank: ใช้ Cohere rerank / bge-reranker หลัง retrieve top-20

Step 5: Prompt injection defense

Attack ตัวอย่าง:

Defense layers:

1. Instruction hierarchy — ใช้ system role + structured tags

ห้ามทำ

• ส่ง PII ไป LLM โดยไม่ redact
• Hardcode API key — ใช้ env + secret manager
• ใช้ temperature=0 แล้วคาดหวัง deterministic 100% (ไม่ใช่)
• Concat user input เข้า system prompt ตรงๆ (injection risk)
• ส่งข้อมูลทั้ง DB เข้า prompt — ใช้ RAG

ระวัง

• Context window limit — truncate กลางข้อความ = fail silently
• Rate limit per-org vs per-key
• Model deprecation (OpenAI มี sunset schedule)
• Hallucination — RAG ก็ยัง hallucinate ได้ถ้าไม่ forcing "answer from context only"
• ภาษาไทย token หนักกว่า eng 2-3 เท่า (ระวัง cost)
