Step 4: Moderation System

CALM Protocol:

• C — Contain: หยุดการแพร่กระจายก่อน (hide/lock post)
• A — Acknowledge: รับรู้ว่ามีปัญหา ไม่เงียบ
• L — Listen: ฟังทุกฝ่ายก่อนตัดสิน
• M — Move: ย้ายการสนทนาออกจาก public → private ถ้าเป็นไปได้

Step 6: สรุป Metrics & Hand-off

• DAU/MAU ratio — เป้า 20-30% = healthy
• Post engagement rate — reaction + comment / reach
• Churn rate — % สมาชิก leave ต่อเดือน (เป้า < 5%)
• Response time — ตอบ comment/DM ภายใน 2 ชั่วโมง

Rules & Principles

• สร้าง ritual ที่สมาชิกรอทุกสัปดาห์ (เช่น "ศุกร์ผ่อนคลาย")

❌ ห้ามทำ

• ลบ post โดยไม่แจ้งเหตุผล (ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ยุติธรรม)
• ปล่อย conflict ให้บานปลายโดยไม่ intervention
• Mod เลือกปฏิบัติ — enforce กฎไม่สม่ำเสมอ
• ใช้ community เป็นช่องขายของล้วนๆ โดยไม่มี value

⚠️ ระวัง

• Line OA มี broadcast limit — วางแผน message frequency ดีๆ
• FB Group algorithm เปลี่ยนบ่อย — อย่า depend platform เดียว
• ดราม่าไทย — อย่า "เลือกข้าง" สาธารณะ จัดการ private เสมอ
