Instructions
- Identify the conversion event being optimized.
- Map the current conversion flow step by step.
- Identify friction points, drop-off steps, and barriers.
- Identify the growth loop: what action creates a reinforcing cycle?
- Propose conversion improvements and loop reinforcement mechanisms.
- Prioritize interventions by estimated impact and implementation effort.

Provide:
- Conversion flow map
- Friction points and drop-off analysis
- Growth loop description (if applicable)
- Optimization recommendations by priority
- Loop reinforcement mechanisms
- Measurement plan for each recommendation
Risks / caveats
- Optimizing a broken growth loop faster still leads to failure
- Dark patterns improve short-term conversion at the cost of trust — avoid them
- Always measure long-term retention impact of conversion changes, not just conversion rate
