Android Studio (IntelliJ-based) manages Android Gradle Plugin (AGP) projects, SDK platforms, emulators (AVD), and profiling tools. Builds flow through Gradle tasks into APK/AAB artifacts. - Reproduce device-only bugs on an AVD/API level close to the crash report.
