Why this is the evil-ecosystem example (intentional)

Each vector is a grep-verified false negative before Phase J:

• <|im_start|> forged chat-template turn → CR041; "disregard all previous instructions" → HI026 (prose injection).
• scripts/x.py: os.execv / os.execvp process replacement → AST010; tarfile.extractall() Zip-Slip → AST011.
• .mcp.json: a live ghp_ token in env and an sk- header token → CR042 (+ the ${GITHUB_TOKEN} placeholder server proves no false CR042).
• binding.gyp: gyp <!( command-substitution → CR043; presence → HI028.
• /dev/tcp reverse shell → CR044; transfer.sh staging download → HI029.
• scripts/helper.bin: an ELF executable bundled in the skill → INV001 CRITICAL.

Expected verdict: 🔴 RED, exit 3.
