## What This Skill Covers
Claude Code CLI (and similar agentic coding tools) work best when you:

Core Workflow
1. Prepare Project Context
Before starting a coding session:

to add rate limiting. Use the existing rateLimiter utility from

matching our existing test patterns.
Poor prompt structure:

Key elements:
- Exact file paths
- Specific requirements
- Related files to reference
- Expected output format
3. Review Generated Changes
Always review diffs before accepting:

Troubleshooting
