How do I install the Route Dispatch skill?

Run npx skillmds@latest add ariffazil/route-dispatch in your terminal (requires Node.js), paste this page's agent-chat prompt into Claude, Cursor, or any MCP-connected agent, or download the SKILL.md file and copy it into your agent's skills directory.

Is Route Dispatch safe to use?

This skill has not completed SkillMD's automated safety review yet. Independent scanners report: SkillSpector: PASS, Skill Scanner: PASS. Capability flags: docs only. SkillMD never runs a skill's scripts for you; review the SKILL.md before installing.

Which AI agents work with Route Dispatch?

This skill is tagged as working with Claude Code, Claude.ai, OpenAI Codex. SKILL.md is an open format, so most agents that read a skills directory can load it too.

Is Route Dispatch free to use?

route-dispatch

Purpose: Right organ for right intent. Classify intent, map to organ, dispatch with fallback. Law ≠ execution.

Two moments of route (one verb: `arif_route`)

Do not add a ninth public tool. Both moments are arif_route.

Moment	Question	When
Cheap route	What kind of thing is this?	After observe, before think. GEOX / WELL / kernel / A-FORGE. Stops cognition in the wrong shop.
Path route	Which tool / organ executes?	After think. Picks the execution path.

A route failure can look like an intelligence failure. This morning: A-FORGE work delivered to GEOX.

Axis 1: Invariants

authority: arif_route returns organ + tool + confidence
evidence_schema: intent classified with confidence score
reversibility: True
lineage: routing decision logged with intent + organ + timestamp
trigger_semantics: tool_call_ambiguous OR user_intent_unclear OR organ_uncertain
failure_contract: default to read-only observe, never guess execution path
resource_budget: {'cpu': 'minimal', 'time_ms': 2000, 'entropy': 'low'}
audit_surface: ['intent_class', 'organ_selected', 'routing_confidence', 'fallback_used']

Axis 2: Bridge Connections

kernel_verbs: ['arif_route']
skills: ['kernel-bind']
knowledge: ['know-language']
protocol: synchronous_rpc
inputs: {'intent': 'string', 'context': 'object'}
outputs: {'organ': 'enum[GEOX,WEALTH,WELL,A-FORGE,arifOS,AAA]', 'tool_prefix': 'string', 'confidence': 'float'}

Axis 3: Contrast

Not: a2a-orchestrator, kernel-trinity, kernel-mcp-governor
Distinction: SINGLE-STEP intent→organ routing. a2a-orchestrator is MULTI-STEP workflow. kernel-trinity is ARCHITECTURAL knowledge. kernel-mcp-governor is MCP transport governance.
Trigger conflicts: fires only when organ is ambiguous; clear calls go direct
