Guide Title From Accomplishment Skill
Purpose
Transform career achievements, projects, and operational wins into guide titles that are useful to readers.
The goal is not "look what I did." The goal is "here is a proven pattern you can reuse."
Pattern
Accomplishment -> Tension -> Reader Lesson
Step 1: Identify the Accomplishment
Ask:
- What changed?
- What result was achieved?
- Who benefited?
- What made it difficult?
- What was unexpected?
Step 2: Identify the Tension
Good titles often contain a contrast:
- junior role vs senior scope
- small roadmap vs large hidden opportunity
- stalled effort vs fast resolution
- manual workflow vs production automation
- private work vs public-safe proof
Step 3: Add Reader Promise
End with:
- "Here's how."
- "Here's how it works."
- "Here's how you can spot the same pattern."
- "Here's what I'd change."
- "Here's the system behind it."

If the guide is not written yet, still list it with a status:

This allows accomplishments to be visible before the full article exists.
