Evidence boundary
An inventory record describes a system and its known boundaries. It does not

including its human and technical boundary. A model name alone is not a

System ID: a stable local identifier that survives display-name changes;
do not use a secret, customer ID, or mutable URL as the only identity.
Boundary: what is in scope, out of scope, upstream, downstream, and
human-owned for this record.
Owner: the role accountable for purpose, evidence, review, and change;
“the AI team” is not a sufficient named owner.
