Return:
- current weekly intent;
- active work grouped by status, each with current truth and one next action;
- blocked, stale, or unlinked state;
- commitments needing attention;
- a recommended focus with a short rationale.
Use receipts and updated_at fields for recency. Use mtimes only as a fallback and Git only as optional supporting evidence. Do not mutate priorities or state unless the user asks.
