Research
- Resolve the question, decision it informs, audience, freshness requirement, and stopping condition from the request and local files.
- Search the owner binder, linked state, areas, library, and memory before external research.
- Use primary and authoritative external sources for current or technical claims. Record access dates where future drift matters.
- Triangulate disputed claims, expose uncertainty, and distinguish evidence, inference, and recommendation.
- Synthesize around the decision: findings, implications, tradeoffs, recommendation, confidence, and open questions.
Return findings in the conversation by default. Persist them in the owner binder using library/templates/research.md only when requested or when the request explicitly asks for a research artifact. Never copy long source passages or expose private local context in web queries.
