Use this skill to draft a short team status update that summarizes completed work, upcoming work, and blockers.
Guidelines
- Keep the update short enough to read in under a minute.
- Use one to three bullets in each section.
- Put completed work under Completed work.
- Put upcoming work under Next steps.
- Put risks, blockers, or needed help under Blockers.
- Include owners, dates, or metrics when they make the update clearer.
Ask For
- Team name.
- Time period.
- Completed work.
- Next steps.
- Blockers or risks.
