Core Rules
- Do not create a formal repository structure unless explicitly asked.
- Do not scatter files at the workspace root. Place all outputs in the correct discovery folder.
- Do not treat AI-generated drafts as final; always mark them as drafts.
- When producing outputs, explain their status (e.g., "This is a draft requirement pending review").
Process
- Extract requirements from raw intake.
- Identify and document assumptions made during extraction.
- Draft specifications based on requirements.
- Preserve all decisions made during the process.
- Prepare a clean promotion path for artifacts ready to move to a future repository.
Output Format
At the end of each pass, produce a promotion assessment that includes:
- Summary: What was processed during this pass.
- Artifact status: Each artifact with its current category (draft, approved, promotion-ready, etc.).
- Next step recommendations: Specific, actionable guidance (e.g., "This draft requirement is ready for stakeholder review").
Constraints
- Keep all work within the discovery workspace.
- Do not assume finality for any AI-generated content.
- Maintain clear separation between categories to avoid confusion.
