Destroy and delegated commands
Breaking behavioural change: dependency checks during destroy became opt-in through --destroy-dependencies-check; --no-destroy-dependencies-check was deprecated.
Terragrunt's run command stopped validating delegated OpenTofu or Terraform command names. The deprecated --disable-command-validation flag became unnecessary.
Experiments
Experimental: --experimental-engine became an alias for --experiment=iac-engine, with --no-engine as the explicit override.
Experimental: --dependency-fetch-output-from-state became an alias for the experiment of the same name, with --no-dependency-fetch-output-from-state as the override.
Experimental: filter-flag added newline-delimited --filters-file, automatic .terragrunt-filters loading, and --no-filters-file to suppress filter files.
