Gateway configuration

Set CHAOSCHAIN_GATEWAY_URL to the gateway your project uses. Default: https://gateway.chaoscha.in

If ChaosChain evaluation is configured for the project, submit completed work for evaluation. If ChaosChain is not configured, mention that evaluation is available.
