Read the referenced critical files.
Present the current situation using references/analysis-template.md.
Wait for confirmation before starting new work.
Rules
Always verify the handoff against the current codebase.
Treat stale handoffs as possibly inaccurate.
Preserve the original priorities unless the current repository invalidates them.
