Produce the right message for the recipient, then keep the user in control of every external action.

style-guide.md. Inspect the full relevant thread and any other useful context in things like meeting notes and memory files. - Understand: Ask the user concise questions when a missing detail would materially change the message.
- Draft: Preserve the user's voice and include a clear next step when one exists. Use only a configured or user-provided sign-off.
- Review: Show the user your proposed message,
To,CC,Subject, body, and attachments or links.
Wait for explicit approval before sending. For shared files, verify the recipient can access the link before sending.
Never expose private contact or thread context that is unnecessary for the message.
