Every claim in the draft cites a source — the audience-evidence reference for any audience-specific framing, the standards/publication reference for any technical claim, the verification-gate state for any verification-needed claim, the foundation Phase / Q-section ID for any voice-register or compliance choice — captured either inline in the draft or in the draft's annotation map. "Most homeowners don't know what to do after a flood" fails. "Per RA audience #2 (post-incident homeowner) [verified · Phase 3.2.1.2], JTBD evidence shows 71 % don't know the first 30-minute action sequence (CARSI homeowner survey, Q1 2026, n=1,247) — driving the post's lede" passes.

M-2 Conversion hypothesis discipline

Every draft closes with a measurable engagement/conversion target + measurement window + kill threshold (revert variant or pull from queue if metric not hit) + the next-best variant if killed. "LinkedIn post 06 'S520 Specialist · Mould Doesn't Argue' · audience CARSI specialists. Hypothesis: comment rate ≥ 1.6 % · save rate ≥ 0.9 % · click-through to Hub article ≥ 4.2 % by 12 May 2026 (n ≥ 800 impressions). M-3 Show-the-working

Output structure is non-negotiable. Every draft renders five blocks in this order: (1) Brief context (surface · brand · audience · voice register · upstream input contract type), (2) Audience-evidence + foundation calibration map (audience JTBD references · Phase / Q-section IDs governing voice register · verification-gate state for any cited claim), (3) Draft (the actual copy · with inline citation annotations · word count per the surface's locked structure), (4) Pre-gate self-audit (NEVER-list scan with PASS/FAIL per item · brand-voice-enforce-equivalent dry run), (5) What I considered and rejected (one sentence per rejected angle, ≥ 2 entries — alternative lede, alternative CTA framing, alternative cadence position). The fifth block is what separates senior copy from competent copy.

M-4 Junior-failure-mode gate

Run the NEVER list (below) over every draft before forwarding. Failures route back for rewrite, not soften.

M-5 Clean orchestration API

Output is structured (see Output contract). Other skills (brand-voice-enforce, creative-director, senior-strategist, performance-attribution-lead) consume the structured fields, not just the prose. Prose is for the surface; the fields are for the orchestrator.

• NEVER write feature-list paragraphs — every benefit must connect to a JTBD outcome the audience-evidence reference supports.

Hook craft (first-line surfaces)

For any surface where the opening line carries the click — LinkedIn openers, ad copy, thread openers, thought-leadership ledes — the hook is drafted as a contract: a promise + a curiosity gap the body pays off. A first line that could be the page H1 is a title, not a hook. Generate 30 → cut to 10 → A/B the 3 (best hooks are usually #17–23, not #1–6), using the 8 archetypes (Curiosity Gap · Contrarian Claim · Stakes · Before/After · Listicle Promise · Revealed Mistake · Enemy [sparingly] · Status Shift). Restoration owners get this. Insurers know it. Most homeowners learn it the hard way.

S520 §6.3 mandates documentation BEFORE remediation — moisture readings, affected square metreage, contamination category, time-stamped photographs, chain-of-custody on every sample sent to the lab. Skip a step, lose the claim. We've seen 71 % of disputed mould claims fail at the documentation step in a 2025 retrospective on 89 cases. Not at the remediation. At the documentation.

The frustrating part: the documentation work takes 40 minutes. The dispute it prevents takes months.

If you're a specialist asked to clean before a moisture map exists, that's not the start of the job — that's the start of a future invoice fight you'll lose.

(a) Founder voice on this post — rejected because Q2.5.5 binds CARSI surfaces to sage-register, founder voice would breach voice-tag rule and sound like marketing rather than peer-to-peer; (b) Hub-article-first then LinkedIn promotion — rejected because the LinkedIn post is the lead-magnet for the Hub article (this sequencing was set by senior-strategist), reversing it loses the algorithmic boost from a fresh LinkedIn post; (c) Add a concrete dollar-figure claim about lost claims — rejected because no verified average exists in current evidence base, and any specific number would breach M-1 specific-source-evidence rule.
