/pix-storybook: Pixel-Perfect Stencil Components with Storybook

Note: This skill requires Figma MCP, Playwright MCP, and Storybook. It leverages existing Stencil skills for component creation.

Phase 0: Environment Setup & Discovery

1. Project Analysis
