Skills Overview
Hermes has two skill tiers:
Bundled Skills (active by default)
Ship in ~/.hermes/skills/ on install.
Optional Skills (install explicitly)
Ship under optional-skills/ but NOT active by default. Install with:
hermes skills install <name>
