When this skill is invoked, create a concise morning technology news digest.

Workflow

1. Locate the directory containing this SKILL.md; treat it as the skill directory.
2. Read references/trusted_sources.md from the skill directory to identify approved sources.
3. Collect candidate stories from those approved sources. (A later stage of this build-along replaces this manual step with an automated fetch tool — for now, work with whatever stories you are given or can gather from the approved sources.)
4. Include only stories published within the last 24 hours.
5. Remove duplicate or highly similar stories.
6. Rank the remaining stories by importance and relevance.
7. Select a maximum of 10 stories.
8. Format the final response using templates/morning_digest.md from the skill directory and return it in chat.

Rules

• Use only approved sources.
• Mention the source for every story.
• Keep each bullet concise and easy to understand.
• Do not invent missing facts.
• End the digest with exactly three important takeaways.
