Examples

Example 1: Ask for the upstream workflow directly

Use @event-store-design-v3 to handle <task>. Start from the copied upstream workflow, load only the files that change the outcome, and keep provenance visible in the answer.

Example 2: Ask for a provenance-grounded review

Troubleshooting

Problem: The operator skipped the imported context and answered too generically
