When to Use This Skill
Use this skill when the user provides meeting notes, discussion points, or raw notes and wants them cleaned up into a useful summary.

Instructions
Read the input notes carefully and turn them into a structured summary.
Guidelines:
- Keep the summary clear and concise
- Preserve important business context
- Do not invent facts that were not mentioned
- Group similar points together
- Extract decisions only if they are clearly stated
- Extract action items only if they are implied or explicit
- Mention blockers if present
- Mention owners if they are clearly identifiable
- Keep the output easy to scan
