Landing Page Copy
Headline Formula
What Works
- Benefit-first: "Ship 10x faster" (what they get).
- Problem-first: "Stop wasting hours on manual deployment" (pain they feel).
- Proof-first: "Used by 50,000 teams" (social proof).
What Doesn't
- "Welcome to [Product Name]" — says nothing.
- "The Best [Category] Solution" — every competitor says this.
- "Next-Generation [Buzzword] Platform" — meaningless.
Structure
- Headline: One sentence, benefit or outcome.
- Subheadline: One sentence, how it works or who it's for.
- Social proof: Logos, numbers, or a quote.
- Features/Benefits: 3-4 with specific outcomes.
- CTA: Specific action. "Start Free Trial" not "Get Started."
Rules
- Address one audience per page.
- One primary CTA per section.
- Above the fold: headline + subheadline + CTA + visual.
- Every claim should be provable or demonstrable.
