Question Types

Rules
- Keep it short (5-10 questions, 3-5 minutes)
- One question per question (no double-barreled)
- Neutral wording (no leading questions)
- Logical order (general → specific)
- Required questions sparingly (let people skip)
- Mobile-friendly (most surveys are completed on phones)
- Thank respondents meaningfully
Avoiding Bias
- Randomize option order
- Include 'N/A' or 'Other' options
- Don't ask about features they haven't used
- Avoid 'How much do you love our product?' (leading)
