Presentation Outline
Read references/productivity-evidence-and-file-safety.md. Use assets/presentation-outline-template.md when no format is supplied.
- Confirm the audience, objective, venue, duration, delivery mode, expected decision, core conclusion, source material, and whether only an outline or an actual deck is authorized.
- Build a story arc appropriate to the objective: context, tension or question, evidence, options, recommendation or takeaway, and next step. Do not copy report sections mechanically.
- Allocate time and slides. Give each slide one primary purpose, a message-led title, limited supporting points, required evidence, and one useful visual suggestion.
- Mark missing figures, sources, approvals, or graphics as explicit placeholders with acceptance criteria. Do not fabricate data or citations.
- Check narrative continuity, evidence coverage, repetition, density, terminology, numerical consistency, and whether the conclusion answers the opening question.
- Return the outline by default. Create PPTX only under explicit authorization and with a capable presentation tool; save to a new path, render-check the deck when possible, and report unverified layout checks.

- 对缺失数字、来源、批准或图形设置明确占位和验收条件，不编造数据或引用。
- 检查叙事连续性、证据覆盖、重复、密度、术语、数字一致性，以及结论是否回答开场问题。
- 默认只返回大纲。只有用户明确授权且具备演示工具时才创建 PPTX；写入新路径，尽可能渲染检查，并报告未验证版式。
