💥 Why Every Founder on ClawHub Needs This Skill

Every SaaS founder, course creator, app developer, and physical product seller faces the same nightmare: they build something great and launch to crickets.

The difference between a $2,000 launch and a $200,000 launch isn't the product. It's the pre-launch system. The audience built before day 1. The waitlist that creates urgency. The affiliates already promoting before you go live. The press coverage timed to launch day.

The top 1% of launchers spend 3 months building before they build 1 day of launch. This skill gives everyone that system — in one automated run.

Target audience: SaaS founders, indie hackers, course creators, app developers, e-commerce brands launching new products, authors, coaches — anyone who needs to launch something and wants it to actually sell.

What gets automated:

• 🕵️ Reverse-engineer viral Product Hunt launches — what made them explode
• 📊 Analyze competitor launches — what worked, what failed, what you can steal
• 🎯 Sharpen positioning — one-line value prop that makes people stop scrolling
• 📋 Build 30-day pre-launch calendar — day-by-day actions that build momentum
• ✍️ Write all launch copy — waitlist page, email sequences, social posts, PR pitches
• 🤝 Identify & recruit affiliate partners — people already talking to your audience
• 🎬 Produce launch hype video via InVideo AI — the asset that makes press say yes

🛠️ Tools Used

⚙️ The Viral Launch Formula (Reverse-Engineered from 500+ Launches)

THE 4 INGREDIENTS OF A $100K LAUNCH:

🔥 INGREDIENT 1 — Audience Before Product
└─ 500+ waitlist subscribers before launch day
└─ Every sign-up = a person who will upvote, share, and buy
└─ Built through: Twitter threads + Reddit posts + LinkedIn + referral loops

⚡ INGREDIENT 2 — Positioning That Stops Scrolling
└─ One sentence that creates instant "I need this"
└─ Formula: "We help [specific person] achieve [specific result] without [specific pain]"
└─ Wrong: "AI-powered project management for teams"
└─ Right: "The only project management tool your team will actually use — setup in 5 minutes, 90% adoption rate guaranteed"

📣 INGREDIENT 3 — Distribution Before Launch
└─ 5 affiliates promoting to their audiences on launch day
└─ 3 journalists pre-briefed and ready to publish
  └─ 10 micro-influencers sharing on launch day
└─ The crowd shows up because you invited them — not by accident

🎬 INGREDIENT 4 — The 60-Second Demo That Sells
└─ Show the transformation, not the features
└─ Before (problem) → After (result) → How (your product)
└─ This video goes everywhere: PH, landing page, press kit, social

⚙️ Full Workflow

INPUT: Your product + target customer + launch date
        ↓
STEP 1 — Launch Intelligence Gathering
└─ Product Hunt: top 50 launches in your category last 12 months
└─ Extract: upvote patterns, maker comments, what drove traffic
└─ Reddit: successful Show HN posts in your niche
└─ Twitter: viral launch threads — format + engagement analysis
        ↓
STEP 2 — Competitor Launch Analysis
└─ How did your top 3 competitors launch?
└─ What worked? (still getting organic traffic from launch post)
└─ What failed? (no engagement, no press, no traction)
└─ What positioning did they use? (yours must be different)
        ↓
STEP 3 — Positioning Sharpening
  └─ Draft 5 one-liner value propositions
└─ Test against competitor messaging (must be clearly different)
└─ Score each by: clarity + specificity + desire + differentiation
└─ Select winning positioning + headline
        ↓

└─ Days 8-14: audience building (Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn content)
  └─ Days 15-21: affiliate + press outreach
└─ Days 22-27: urgency building (countdown, founder story, social proof)
└─ Days 28-30: launch sequence (Product Hunt, email blast, social storm)
        ↓
STEP 5 — Claude AI Writes All Launch Copy
└─ Waitlist landing page (headline, subhead, bullets, CTA)
└─ 5-email pre-launch sequence (build relationship before ask)
└─ 3-email launch sequence (announce, follow-up, last chance)
  └─ 7 social posts (Twitter/LinkedIn — daily pre-launch content)
└─ Product Hunt listing (tagline, description, first comment)
  └─ PR pitch (journalist-facing, 150 words max)
        ↓
STEP 6 — Affiliate & Partner Recruitment
└─ Find creators + newsletters + podcasters already reaching your audience
└─ Score by: audience size + relevance + engagement quality
└─ Generate personalized outreach per affiliate
  └─ Commission structure recommendation
        ↓
STEP 7 — PR Target Identification
└─ Journalists who covered similar products in last 12 months
└─ Newsletters in your niche with 10K+ subscribers
└─ Podcast hosts who interview founders in your space
└─ Personalized pitch per press contact
        ↓
STEP 8 — InVideo AI Produces Launch Videos
└─ 60-second demo/hype video for landing page + Product Hunt
  └─ 30-second social teaser for pre-launch buzz
└─ These videos are the #1 asset that gets press + affiliate interest
        ↓
OUTPUT: Launch intelligence + positioning + 30-day calendar + all copy + affiliate list + PR targets + videos

Investor updates. Cold emails. Board updates. LinkedIn posts.\n\nThe problem with existing AI writing tools: they sound like AI. Polished, generic, and nothing like how you actually communicate.\n\nDraftFlow is different. It reads 5 samples of your past writing and learns your voice, your structure, your sentence length, your personality. Then turns your rough notes into something you'd actually send.\n\nWould love your feedback — especially on the voice calibration feature. Happy to answer any questions! 🙏"
