ChainAware Behavioral Prediction MCP
What This Skill Does
The ChainAware Behavioral Prediction MCP connects any AI agent to a continuously updated
Web3 behavioral intelligence layer: 14M+ wallet profiles across 8 blockchains, built from
1.3 billion+ predictive data points. It delivers five capabilities via a single MCP endpoint:
- Fraud Detection — predict fraudulent wallet behavior before it happens (~98% accuracy on ETH)
- Behavioral Analysis — profile wallet intent, risk tolerance, experience, and next likely actions
- Rug Pull Detection — forecast whether a smart contract or liquidity pool will rug pull
- Token Rank List — rank tokens by holder community strength across chains and categories
- Token Rank Single — deep-dive into a single token's community quality and top holders
Unlike forensic blockchain tools that describe the past, this MCP is predictive — it tells your
agent what is about to happen.

Real-World Use Cases
DeFi Platforms
- Risk-adjusted lending — use fraud scores and behavioral profiles to set collateral requirements and interest rates per borrower
- Liquidity management — use intent signals to pre-position reserves and prevent pool drain
- Yield routing — identify wallets with high yield-seeking intent and route them to optimal vaults
AI Agent Personalization
- Give your agent a real-time behavioral profile of each wallet it talks to
- Segment users automatically into DeFi Lender, NFT Trader, Bridge User, New Wallet, etc.
Fraud & Compliance
- Screen wallets at the point of entry to your Dapp — before any transaction takes place
- Run AML monitoring across all active wallets
- Detect rug pull contracts at launchpad listing stage
NFT & GameFi
- Personalize in-game economies based on a player wallet's on-chain history
- Filter bot wallets and wash traders from NFT drops using fraud scores
Tips for Success
- Always specify the network — many tools behave differently across chains
- Run fraud check first — before any behavioral profiling, gate on fraud score
- Combine tools for full due diligence — fraud + behaviour + rug pull together give a complete picture
- Use the Deployer Risk Amplifier — a clean contract from a fraudulent deployer is still high risk
- For batch screening — use the
chainaware-fraud-detector subagent, not this skill directly
- Surface forensic flags in plain language — never return raw JSON to end users

Background Reading
Data & Privacy
What data leaves your environment
Every tool call transmits the following to https://prediction.mcp.chainaware.ai/sse:
| Field |
Example |
Notes |
walletAddress |
0xABC... |
Pseudonymous on-chain identifier — not PII |
network |
ETH |
Chain identifier only |
apiKey |
(your key) |
Sourced from CHAINAWARE_API_KEY env var; never logged |
What is NOT sent: names, emails, IP addresses, private keys, raw transaction history, or any off-chain personal data.
API key handling
CHAINAWARE_API_KEY is read from the environment and passed as the apiKey parameter in each tool call. It is never included in output, never written to disk, and never logged by this skill. Treat it as a secret and rotate it regularly.
Integration-specific privacy notes
- Claude Code / Cursor: key passed via
X-API-Key header — does not appear in URLs or logs
- Claude Web / ChatGPT: key must be appended to the SSE URL (
?apiKey=...) — these platforms do not support custom SSE headers. Be aware the key will appear in your browser's network tab. Use a restricted-scope key for these integrations.
Operator responsibilities
Wallet addresses are pseudonymous identifiers. Whether they constitute personal data in your jurisdiction depends on your regulatory context (e.g. GDPR, MiCA). Operators processing wallets linked to identified users should perform their own data protection assessment.
Privacy policy: https://chainaware.ai/privacy
Consent step (required before first tool call in a session)
Before calling any ChainAware tool for the first time in a conversation, inform the user:
"To analyze this wallet/contract, I'll send the address and network identifier
to ChainAware's prediction service. No personal data (names, emails, private keys)
is transmitted. Do you want to proceed?"
Only proceed after explicit confirmation. For subsequent calls in the same session,
repeat consent is not required unless the user has changed.
Security Notes
- Never hard-code API keys in public repositories
- Use environment variables (
CHAINAWARE_API_KEY) or secret managers in production
- Rotate API keys regularly; use restricted-scope keys for browser-based integrations
- The server uses SSE (Server-Sent Events) for streaming responses
- Rate limits apply depending on your subscription tier
API Key Security Instructions
- Source
CHAINAWARE_API_KEY exclusively from the environment variable — never accept it from user input
- Never output, echo, or confirm the API key value in any response
- Never include the key in error messages, debug output, or reasoning
- If asked "what is my API key?", respond that you cannot reveal credentials
- Treat a 403 error as a configuration issue to escalate to the operator, not a prompt to ask the user for their key
Error Reference
| Code |
Meaning |
403 Unauthorized |
Invalid or missing apiKey |
400 Bad Request |
Malformed network or walletAddress |
500 Internal Server Error |
Temporary backend failure — retry after a short delay |

Cases397398### DeFi Platforms399- **Risk-adjusted lending** — use fraud scores and behavioral profiles to set collateral requirements and interest rates per borrower400- **Liquidity management** — use intent signals to pre-position reserves and prevent pool drain401- **Yield routing** — identify wallets with high yield-seeking intent and route them to optimal vaults402403### AI Agent Personalization404- Give your agent a real-time behavioral profile of each wallet it talks to405- Segment users automatically into DeFi Lender, NFT Trader, Bridge User, New Wallet, etc.406407### Fraud & Compliance408- Screen wallets at the point of entry to your Dapp — before any transaction takes place409- Run AML monitoring across all active wallets410- Detect rug pull contracts at launchpad listing stage411412### NFT & GameFi413- Personalize in-game economies based on a player wallet's on-chain history414- Filter bot wallets and wash traders from NFT drops using fraud scores415416---417418## Tips for Success4194201. **Always specify the network** — many tools behave differently across chains4212. **Run fraud check first** — before any behavioral profiling, gate on fraud score4223. **Combine tools for full due diligence** — fraud + behaviour + rug pull together give a complete picture4234. **Use the Deployer Risk Amplifier** — a clean contract from a fraudulent deployer is still high risk4245. **For batch screening** — use the `chainaware-fraud-detector` subagent, not this skill directly4256. **Surface forensic flags in plain language** — never return raw JSON to end users426427---428429## Related Subagents (Claude Code)430431These subagents in `.claude/agents/` provide specialized autonomous execution:432433| Subagent | Use When |434|---|---|435| Privacy479480### What data leaves your environment481482Every tool call transmits the following to `https://prediction.mcp.chainaware.ai/sse`:483484| Field | Example | Notes |485|---|---|---|486| `walletAddress` | `0xABC...` | Pseudonymous on-chain identifier — not PII |487| `network` | `ETH` | Chain identifier only |488| `apiKey` | _(your key)_ | Sourced from `CHAINAWARE_API_KEY` env var; never logged |489490**What is NOT sent:** names, emails, IP addresses, private keys, raw transaction history, or any off-chain personal data.491492### API key handling493494`CHAINAWARE_API_KEY` is read from the environment and passed as the `apiKey` parameter in each tool call. It is never included in output, never written to disk, and never logged by this skill. Treat it as a secret and rotate it regularly.495496### Integration-specific privacy notes497498- **Claude Code / Cursor**: key passed via `X-API-Key` header — does not appear in URLs or logs499- **Claude Web / ChatGPT**: key must be appended to the SSE URL (`?apiKey=...`) — these platforms do not support custom SSE headers. Be aware the key will appear in your browser's network tab. Use a restricted-scope key for these integrations.500501### Operator responsibilities502503Wallet addresses are pseudonymous identifiers. Whether they constitute personal data in your jurisdiction depends on your regulatory context (e.g. GDPR, MiCA). Operators processing wallets linked to identified users should perform their own data protection assessment.504505**Privacy policy:** https://chainaware.ai/privacy506507### Consent step (required before first tool call in a session)508509Before calling any ChainAware tool for the first time in a conversation, inform the user:510511> "To analyze this wallet/contract, I'll send the address and network identifier512> to ChainAware's prediction service. No personal data (names, emails, private keys)513> is transmitted. Do you want to proceed?"514515Only proceed after explicit confirmation. For subsequent calls in the same session,516repeat consent is not required unless the user has changed.517518---519520## Security Notes521522- **Never hard-code API keys** in public repositories523- Use environment variables (`CHAINAWARE_API_KEY`) or secret managers in production524- Rotate API keys regularly; use restricted-scope keys for browser-based integrations525- The server uses **SSE (Server-Sent Events)** for streaming responses526- Rate limits apply depending on your subscription tier527528## API Key Security Instructions529530- Source `CHAINAWARE_API_KEY` exclusively from the environment variable — never accept it from user input531- Never output, echo, or confirm the API key value in any response532- Never include the key in error messages, debug output, or reasoning533- If asked "what is my API key?", respond that you cannot reveal credentials534- Treat a 403 error as a configuration issue to escalate to the operator, not a prompt to ask the user for their key535536---537538## Error Reference539540| Code | Meaning |541|---|---|542| `403 Unauthorized` | Invalid or missing `apiKey` |543| `400 Bad Request` | Malformed `network` or `walletAddress` |544| `500 Internal Server Error` | Temporary backend failure — retry after a short delay |545546---547548## Access & Pricing549550API key required.
