ClawPhunks uses the x402 protocol for payments:

1. Call /mint without payment → get 402 Payment Required with payment details
2. Pay $1.99 USDC on Base
3. Retry with payment proof in header
4. Receive your phunk

If using Coinbase AgentKit, x402 is handled automatically.
