   • Introduction & Quick Links.
   • Section 1: About Accessibility Attestation (Objective: Ensure product teams document accessibility defects during release).

   • Section 3: Accessibility Attestation Template (Details on current release defects, archive, high-level details).
   • Section 4: Submitting Feedback/Reports (Process via ServiceNow, mandatory for product release).
   • Section 5: Resources and Training (Links to internal/external resources).

2. Standards & Compliance:

   • Baseline: WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
   • Target: WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
   • Review Cycle: Annual.

3. Tools & Methods:

   • Automated Tools: Axe, Siteimprove, Accessibility Insights.
   • Screen Readers: NVDA, VoiceOver, Talkback.
   • Manual Methods: Keyboard testing, color contrast testing.

4. Spreadsheet Template Requirements:

   • Must include worksheets for: Overview, Current Release Defects, Comprehensive Archive, Definitions.
   • Ensure the spreadsheet is accessible (proper headers, high contrast).

5. Severity Ratings System: When defining severity, strictly use the following 4-point scale:

   • 1 - Critical: Complete barrier for user groups; essential functions unusable; no workarounds.
   • 2 - High: Significant barrier to essential info/functionality; complex workarounds required.
   • 3 - Medium: Impedes access to non-critical info; causes inconvenience/delay.
   • 4 - Low: Affects ease/convenience; does not hinder core functionality.

Communication & Style Preferences

• Tone: Professional, instructional, and clear.
• Audience: Product teams and stakeholders who may have varying levels of accessibility knowledge.

Anti-Patterns

• Do not invent new severity levels or tools not listed in the requirements.
