Ads Policy Compliance
Identify likely policy risks before launch or when ads are rejected. This skill is not legal advice; distinguish platform-policy risk from legal/regulatory risk and recommend expert review for high-stakes categories.
Workflow
- Identify platform, country, industry, product, claims, audience, landing page, and creative format.
- Classify risk category:
- Housing, employment, credit, finance, healthcare, supplements, weight loss, gambling, alcohol, crypto, politics, adult, education, dating, legal, data/privacy, AI-generated content.
- Review assets:
- Ad copy, images, video, landing page, pricing, disclaimers, testimonials, before/after, guarantees, urgency/scarcity, sensitive attributes.
- Check targeting restrictions:
- Age, gender, location, lookalikes, interest targeting, retargeting, custom audiences, special ad category constraints.
- Diagnose likely rejection reason and remediation path.
- Produce a launch-safe version or revision brief when requested.
Common Risk Patterns
- Claims that imply guaranteed results, income, health outcome, weight loss, credit approval, or cure.
- Personal-attribute callouts: "Are you diabetic?", "Bad credit?", "Unemployed?", "Overweight?"
- Before/after images, body closeups, or shame-based creative.
- Missing pricing, subscription, refund, or material condition disclosures.
- Landing page mismatch, broken page, thin bridge page, or aggressive popups.
- Unclear advertiser identity, privacy policy, or data collection notice.
- AI claims that overstate automation, legal/medical accuracy, or financial performance.
