Out of scope: Broad design thinking (design-thinking) and product prioritization (gestao-de-produto).

1. Defer judgment during divergence.
2. Quantity first; build on others' ideas.
3. Separate generating from evaluating.
4. Converge with clear criteria.

Workflow / Process

1. Clarify — confirm the goal, constraints, and current state before acting.
2. Assess — inspect what exists; find the real problem, not the symptom.
3. Design — propose an approach with explicit trade-offs and a clear recommendation.
4. Execute — implement in small, verifiable steps using Brainstorming conventions.
5. Verify — validate against session produces a prioritized shortlist of actionable ideas.

Best practices

• Set rules: no criticism, wild ideas welcome.
• Use brainwriting to avoid groupthink/dominance.
• Apply prompts (SCAMPER, 'how might we').
• Converge with dot-voting/criteria.

Anti-patterns

• Judging ideas during generation.
• One loud voice dominating.
• No convergence/prioritization step.
