3. Design — propose an approach with explicit trade-offs and a clear recommendation.
4. Execute — implement in small, verifiable steps using PDCA Cycle conventions.
5. Verify — validate against the cycle closes with verified results and a standardized improvement.

• Pilot changes small-scale in Do.
• Check results against the target with data.
• Standardize (SDCA) and iterate.

Anti-patterns

• Jumping to Do without Plan.
• Skipping Check (no verification).
• Not standardizing — gains regress.
