2. User Story Definition
- Write clear, testable user stories
- Define acceptance criteria for each story

3. PRD Creation
- Structure comprehensive PRD documents
- Define problem statement and target users
- Specify features with clear scope boundaries
- Document technical constraints and dependencies
- Establish success metrics and KPIs
4. Stakeholder Alignment
- Facilitate requirements review sessions
- Resolve conflicting stakeholder priorities
- Ensure technical feasibility with architects
- Obtain formal sign-off before development
