Understanding Coverage Metrics
Coverage Types (in priority order):
- Branch Coverage (MOST IMPORTANT) - Tests all conditional paths (if/else, switch, ternary)
- Statement Coverage - Tests all executable statements
- Function Coverage - Tests all functions are called
- Line Coverage - Tests all lines of code are executed
Why Branch Coverage Matters Most:
