Flash Loan Attack Patterns

Finding Format

The `withdraw()` function in `Vault.sol:L142` sends ETH to the user
before updating internal balance tracking, allowing an attacker to
recursively call `withdraw()` to drain the contract.

**Impact:**
Complete loss of all deposited funds.
