STEP 2: CURIOSITY
What interests you NOW that might not have existed before?

- Walk through a bookstore. What section draws you?
- If you had a free Saturday with no obligations, what sounds fun?
- What do you find yourself googling or watching videos about?
- What problems in the world make you want to help?
STEP 3: EXPERIMENTATION
The Try-10 Challenge:
Over the next 3 months, try 10 new activities.
Give each one at least 2-3 attempts before judging.
Possible experiments:
- Take a class (art, cooking, language, music, writing)
- Join a group (hiking, book club, volunteer organization)
- Start a practice (meditation, yoga, running, gardening)
- Explore a skill (photography, woodworking, coding, pottery)
- Attend an event (concert, lecture, workshop, retreat)
After 10 experiments, rate each:
- Did it energize me or drain me?
- Did I lose track of time doing it?
- Am I thinking about doing it again?
