Process
Collect proposal context. Before producing the proposal, gather:

- Implementation timeline

Write the executive summary. Lead with the prospect's problem:

- Summarize the proposed solution in 2-3 sentences

Detail the solution. Describe what the prospect gets:

Build the ROI case. Quantify the value:
