What I Do

I am TLS (Transport Layer Security), the cryptographic protocol providing secure communications over networks. I evolved from SSL to provide encryption, authentication, and integrity for data in transit. I use X.509 certificates to authenticate servers and optionally clients. I support various cipher suites for encryption, with modern best practices favoring AEAD ciphers like AES-GCM and ChaCha20-Poly1305.
