• End with a prioritized action plan that converts each issue into a concrete compliance task.

• Distinguish pre-closing preparation, closing-date filings, post-closing elections, and continuing monitoring obligations.
• If one filing or tax position depends on another document, note the dependency explicitly and sequence the work accordingly.
• If the restructuring changes ownership, funding, or allocation across entities, explain how that shift affects later filings, reporting lines, or state returns.
• Where a later-year tax effect depends on a 2024 transaction step, flag the carry-forward or monitoring obligation rather than stopping at the closing date.

• Use concise, practitioner-style prose; avoid generic risk labels without a reasoned severity assignment.
• Include a dedicated filings and elections table or appendix listing: item, purpose, due date or timing anchor, responsible role, and status/next step.
• Include a separate monitoring section for ongoing items that do not end at closing.
• Close with a Recommended Actions section that assigns each action to a role and a deadline or milestone.
